According to Chinese Medicine, autumn is a time of deep letting go, of turning inward, of both appreciation and grief simultaneously.
Join me for an hour and half long meditation and yoga practice for bringing elemental balance through opening the channels of the body, releasing resistance, and cultivating well-being throughout. This gentle practice is accessible to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
