As the winter season envelops us in its quiet stillness, it’s the perfect time to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and embrace the restorative power of rest. This workshop offers a space for students and community members to cultivate relaxation, healing, and renewal through a blend of practices: meditation, tea, yoga, journaling, and reflection for all levels of practice.
In this cozy and nurturing environment, we will explore how winter can serve as a time for deep inner restoration. Drawing from mindfulness techniques and gentle rituals, the workshop will guide participants through:
