Support Your Wellbeing Through the Season
Curious to explore the natural elements that reside within us and all around us?
Description
Access the wisdom and virtues of the winter season for slowing down, turning inwards, and finding rest by learning the Chinese Medicine 5 Element associations with the Water Element. In this workshop, you will be guided through a Water element inquiry process, meditation, and embodiment practice into your own depths.
Water is the element associated with winter, stillness and Willpower, the nervous system, facing the unknown with trust rather than fear, and the deeper movement of our lives in accord with our ancestry and future generations, according to Classical Chinese Medicine and TCM. Join me for an experiential workshop on this winter’s Water Element!
The seasons have teachings for us and the 5 Elements provide a framework for understanding aspects of nature’s phases and how they are reflected in our own mind and body. Tuning into Nature’s rhythms, we can find answers to life’s meaningful questions and cultivate harmony within ourselves, with others and our environment.
How can we return our sacred reserves of energy back deep into the roots of our being, to restore throughout the stillness of Winter, to emerge again anew and refreshed in Spring?
Take some time to reflect on the aspects of this season and element to discover your own inner connection with its virtues and healing qualities for yourself.
In this workshop you’ll learn:
❄️ What the water element is and how to bring forward its virtues and qualities within you to support your truest expression
❄️ The physiological aspects of the water element and how to best support your health through the winter
❄️ The spiritual aspects of the water element and what it means for accessing your own wisdom and navigating life from your depths
❄️ An inquiry process, guided meditation and water element embodiment practice to harmonize with the season and support a healthy start to the new year ahead.
