Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years throughout many spiritual traditions of the world and is becoming increasingly popular in the West with numerous styles and teachings of meditation now vastly available to us. The meditation guidance I offer is the opportunity to let go of tradition, technique, and methods and to open to the fullness and clarity of the present moment, exactly as it is. Meditation can be as simple as sitting with what is here, what is already present and allowing the full expression of what ever that is to be witnessed.
I offer a safe space where together we can listen deeply to what beckons us into silence. If we are willing to look inward, to allow what is present to be seen, we can start to glimpse an infinite expanse where answers are multidimensional and always available, where Truth can always be accessed and where the heart is open to speak.
Meditation sessions last 45 minutes to an hour. We open our session with a few moments of sharing, followed by guided meditation and silent sitting in a comfortable position. After meditating, we will have some time for exchanging feedback about the experience, questions and sharing anything that came up throughout the meditation.
