What I offer is a well-rounded experience of asana (posture) practice, pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and free-flowing movement. I draw influence from many styles of yoga and spiritual traditions, weaving together a dynamic practice unique to each class. The transformational power of Tantric yoga opens us up to the fullness of who we are, while Iyengar sheds light on precision of alignment. Vinyasas are intertwined within static postures in the way of Ashtanga, and new traditions are brought into being by honoring our own unique experience of the sacred. Safe space is created for self-discovery and awareness to move our practice together, addressing your individual needs and meeting you where ever you are on on your journey.
