Such a treat to photograph the LoveJoy Farm Honey Harvest. We had a honey-soaked time checking on the bees, appreciating their hard work, and harvesting a bit of sweetness at this urban homestead, a local Chicago house that aims to care for bees and set an example of self-organizing systems and environmentally friendly practices.
